Jake and Maddy started their catering business on Norwich city market in the summer of 2017, becoming a local favourite with their French-style street food.
As the stall grew in popularity, they gained interest from the Norfolk Food and Drink Awards in 2018 and were selected from over 80 local businesses to be nominated as Best Newcomer.
Their business grew from the market stall to taking on a wider range of catering, from weddings and birthdays to business lunches and funerals.
JTB Catering was set up with the view to providing quality dedicated funeral catering services, as they found from personal experience that standards in this area of catering could be greatly improved.
